SLH’s Warranty applies to all SLH purchases. 

 

SLH is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy covers all SLH branded products, as well as Karpenter, Houe, Cane-line, and Tresna branded products sold on slh.com.au. The warranty periods are as follows:
  • SLH Branded Products: 1-year residential and commercial structural warranty
  • Karpenter Branded Products: 2-year residential and commercial structural warranty
  • Houe Branded Products: 2-year residential and commercial structural warranty
  • Cane-line Branded Products: 2-year residential and commercial structural warranty
  • Tresna Branded Products: 1-year residential and commercial structural warranty
  • Decor, Homewares, and Lighting: 1-year residential and commercial structural warranty
Australian Consumer Law Guarantee
If you are a 'consumer' under section 3 of the Australian Consumer Law, the following mandatory text applies:
Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  1. Warranty Period: The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
  2. Covered Defects: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and commercial use.
  3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by improper use or care, accidents, or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and fading.
  • Damage caused by exposure to weather or environmental conditions (for indoor products).
  • Damage caused by placing outdoor furniture in high salt environments.
  • Natural elements or features of timber products, including hairline cracks.
  • Damage caused by using inappropriate cleaning materials.
  • Goods that are relocated from the Customer's original delivery location to any location outside of SLH's serviceable area.
  • Goods which, by their nature or design, can be expected to exhibit minor flaws or variations, for example, Goods which are designed to be of a rustic nature where surface details may vary from the imagery or display model.
  • Defects or damage resulting from your negligence, abuse or misuse of the Goods, including inadequate or improper maintenance, exposure to water, direct sunlight, salt air, chemicals, accidents, any use for which the product was not designed or for any ordinary wear-and-tear.
  • The fabric or leather coverings of Goods, or Goods made up of cane or wicker, unless the sale document provided to you expressly states that a warranty will apply.
  • Your failure to follow the SLH Care Instructions or manufacturer’s instructions or specifications.
  • Any damage caused by a transport carrier that you engage directly (except where pre-approved or expressly recommended by SLH).
  • Any damage caused by work carried out on or in respect of the Goods by a contractor or third party (except where pre-approved or expressly recommended by SLH).
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at cs@slh.com.au with your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and photos if applicable.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or arrange an inspection.
  3. Resolution: If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or provide a refund.
  4. Out of Warranty: If your product is out of warranty, we will do our best to find a solution.

Mamagreen Warranty 

Mamagreen Outdoor Furniture is made from the best materials with the best workmanship. Manufacturer defects, construction and material defects are rare however any such defects are warranted for 2 years for residential use, 2 Years commercial use and 1 year for Custom Orders from the date of purchase or usage. Wear and Tear caused by misuse that are not suitable for product will not be covered under the warranty.
