Standard Delivery

  • Delivery approximately 3-5 days after dispatch
  • A courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time frame for your furniture delivery
  • Delivery is door-to-door (ground floor only)*
  • Standard delivery does not include assembly or rubbish removal
  • We recommend you have someone to help you move your item
  • All Homewares will be sent with Standard Delivery
  • If you are unable to accept delivery for smaller items, we may be able to leave your items in a safe place out of the weather
  • If you are unable to accept delivery for larger items, a redelivery fee may apply*

Premium Delivery

  • Booked in every Wednesday for next day Sydney delivery and next week Melbourne & Brisbane delivery
  • A courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time frame for your furniture delivery
  • Includes delivery to room of your choice*
  • Includes assembly and rubbish removal
  • Available to all metro areas in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane
  • We recommend using this service where possible for larger and heavier items

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery is calculated at checkout, and is dependent on the size of your total order and your location. Therefore the shipping price quoted at checkout is for one delivery only, and all items will be held until the entire order is ready to ship
  • If you would prefer to receive in stock items first, please Contact Us and we can organise separate shipments, though this may incur an extra delivery fee
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods purchased will fit into the nominated property; this includes but is not limited to property access, stairs, doorways etc
  • Standard delivery is door-to-door only. Long, unsealed driveways or difficult access points may incur an extra fee
  • If an order is not able to be delivered due to the customer not being home during the allocated time frame, or the items not fitting through access points then a redelivery fee may apply
