Thank you for shopping at SLH Furniture! At SLH we are proud of our authentic quality products and are confident that you will love them too.  

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your piece you may return it within 14 days from the date you received your order. 

You will then be entitled to a full refund less all shipping and handling. Shipping and handling costs are the actual cost of shipping, and includes both the original (even if the initial shipping has been offered as "Free" it will be payable) and return freight costs. 

Items returned must be in 'as-new' condition; ie unassembled, unused and unaltered, in their original packaging with all hardware, instructions, fixtures and accessories included.

Non-returnable items excluded from all change of mind returns include: 

  • Customised or special order items  
  • Sales, Clearance or Warehouse Sale items 
  • Trade Orders  
  • Commercial property orders

After an item is returned and evaluated we can offer you:

  • Refund back to original payment method (Less Shipping & Handling) 
  • Store credit (Less Shipping & Handling) 
  • Exchange subject to availability  

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please Contact Us here as soon as possible with your order number and photos and a description of the problem. 

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we may repair, replace or refund items with a minor fault. 

If a fault is deemed to be major, we may replace or refund that item.
