      Beautiful craftmanship - shipping process could be improved

      This sideboard is solid - beautifully crafted, and quality material. Very happy with the product.

      Shipping was handled by third-party working with SLH. Not an issue with them at all - but it would good if SLH could add what should customers expect during the dispatch-shipping period, e.g. "shipping partner will contact you in x days", something like that, rather than just putting in email "Please contact them directly if you have any queries."
