      Service from SLH could not be better, thank you. The product is great looking, solid, and well made. Not as comfortable as I hoped. A bit narrow for a tall person, bend for the knees too close to hips. Seat not tilted enough to prevent sore bottom and a feeling of sliding off when semi-reclining. I wanted it for comfort, so will fix and enjoy with well-placed cushions. A bit disappointed it didn't meet needs straight out of the box.
