When will I get an Order Confirmation?

Instantly! Once your order is placed, you will get an order confirming all the details. We will then contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm any extra details, and organise next steps with you. 

When will I get a Tax Invoice?

Once we have received your order we will be in contact with you within 1-2 days to confirm all the order details, and then will send you your Tax Invoice.

Can I place my order via phone or email?

At SLH Furniture we enjoy personal contact with our customers. You are welcome to visit us in the showroom or place orders and enquiries via the phone or email at sales@slh.com.au

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Please Contact Us to arrange a pickup from our Lilyfield Showroom. 

How much is delivery?

We automatically calculate the best possible price and shipping options for you at checkout. Please see our Shipping Page for more info.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Afterpay and EFT payments. Payment can be made online, on the phone and in our showroom.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your address, please Contact Us as soon as possible and we will do our best. If your order is in transit it may not be possible.

Do you ship Internationally?

Please Contact Us, and we will do our best to meet your Shipping requirements.

How can I contact my freight company?

How do I return an item?

How will I be refunded?

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method and/or credit card used.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that your item is damages on it's way to you, please Contact Us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to remedy the situation.

Where can I view the range in person?

We would love to see you at our spacious Lilyfield showroom! If you have a specific product enquiry, please Contact Us and we will do our best to ensure it is in stock on your arrival.

Can I make a customised item order?

Can I request material swatches prior to order?

Most materials are available in a swatch format which can be requested at sales@slh.com.au or in person in our showroom.

When exactly is the item I want to order coming in stock?

We do our best to give the most accurate delivery timeframe possible on each product page. If you need any more info please don't hesitate to Contact Us.

What is a Pre Order?

Pre Orders are  best selling styles that are approximately 12 weeks away.

Are your products easy to assemble?

SLH furniture is made from solid timber with quality fittings making it easy to assemble each piece.

Instructions, fittings and assembly tools are supplied with every item.
