How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, please contact cs@slh.com.au

Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped, please call us immediately on 02 9810 7002. Additional freight charge might incur to alternate the delivery address.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled (for in-stock items), please allow 3-5 working days for non-furniture items ordered to arrive at your designated address. Delivery timeframes might take longer for Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT; Country NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and TA, WA, NT
For furniture delivery, we will arrange booking with our freight partner. Our freight partner will phone you to arrange a suitable time for delivery. It generally takes 7-10 business days for in-stock items. Please contact our Customer Service at cs@slh.com.au for further information.

The item I want is out of stock. What now?

Please contact our Sales Team at sales@slh.com.au regarding the next availability.
Alternatively, you can backorder ’out of stock’ item and track the ETA of your backorder under your account page.

Returns & Refunds
Can you process my refund onto a different credit/debit card?

Unfortunately all refunds need to be made via the same method as the original payment for the sales order to be refunded.

The colour doesn’t match as I thought it would - can I return the product?

Just contact us within 14 working days of receiving your goods, include your order details along with the reason for return so that our customer advisors can arrange a collection for you. Due to the nature of the business and fulfilment costs, we do charge a collection fee on all unwanted returns. You can see the details in our Terms & Conditions

What if my order is damaged?

Unfortunately damages can occur in transit. Please take photos showing close up, middle distance and whole piece damaged. Please email your images to cs@slh.com.au stating name/business name and sales order number.

What happens if the carriers loses my parcel?

A replacement can be arranged once we have confirmed with the carrier that the order has been damaged or lost.

Can I provide additional delivery instructions?

Please note any additional delivery information that may enable ease of delivery for the carrier. Authority to leave in a secure and weather friendly location.

My order hasn't arrived

Please check the delivery information and search con note for tracking.

Can I change the delivery details?

Once the order has been dispatched this is difficult, please make certain the delivery instructions have been updated prior to payment.

I have not heard from your delivery company yet

One of our customer service or sales staff will be with you shortly to provide an order confirmation or any other information you have requested.

I've placed an order but heard nothing

Please forward through the details of the order you have made with SLH and we will be in touch directly.

I've received only part of my order

Please check the tracking information to make sure that a partial delivery has been made, if the full order has been received but there is an item missing please note the Sales Order Number and the item that is absent.

My order is arriving too soon and I am not ready to receive it what can I do?

Please nominate any delivery requirements at the time of placing your order. If you have a delivery date that you would prefer please nominate this so we can advise whether this is possible or arrange an alternative delivery. We will contact the carrier to see if the order can be placed in the depot until such time as the order is required. We may be able to halt the delivery and arrange a redelivery at an alternative time.

It's been longer than the estimated lead time and I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

Regular Order Updates and Container Advise is sent with estimated delivery dates. Unexpected issues arise from time to time and we will do our best to keep you informed of any issues that may occur.

How can I contact your freight partner?

Information is provided on our Dispatch Notices, should you need to track your delivery directly with the carrier the information is noted on the email.

What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted?

If you have ordered furniture items then the delivery company will contact you to arrange a time window for delivery. If you have ordered artwork or homewares then these items will be left onsite with authority to leave unattended.

Payments accepted by SLH include all major credit cards, EFTPOS and bank transfer.
